In every civilization, it stands to reason that as technology improves, weapons improve. And as weapons improve, technology improves to create better weapons. Even those races that espouse the 'Greater Good' follow the same trend, and so it is no surprise that the Tau have pushed through this arms race. As more and more encounters happened between Imperial forces and the Tau Empire, the XV104 Riptide was developed as a counter the heavier units being deployed by other alien factions.
Then came the designs of the XV107, the 'R'Varna' battlesuit. While less mobile than the Riptide, it boasted a stronger shell that was far tougher to crack. The weapons for this unit were experimental prototypes, and assisted the smaller Tau Empire in dealing with large-scale incursions against their wars, but in the style of all things military, civilization found ways to improve on weapons tech.
Commander O'Shovah, Farsight, had worked regularly with Ob'lotai 9-0, an Artificial Intelligence based on the personality of one of his compatriots in the wars. Using similar technology in a far more advanced battlesuit, a second AI was designed, this one modeled off of O'Rhy'an, the Starslayer, a skilled tactician and battlesuit commander in the Enclave. An advanced tactical supercomputer, wired together with the AI system and bound into the largest, most advanced battlesuit ever created.

Unit Type: Monstrous Creature (Unique)
Wargear: R'varna Battlesuit, Riptide Shield Generator
Special Rules: Nova Reactor - R'varna Class, Supporting Fire, Master Tactician, Not To Be Outdone, War Asset, Battlesuit Tactical Program
Master Tactician: In an army containing an XV107b Starslayer, this model must be nominated as the Warlord. It may choose one Warlord Trait from either the Farsight Enclave or Tau Empire Warlord lists.
Not To Be Outdone: No hero of the Tau Empires would ever allow itself to be led by artificial intelligence. If an army contains an XV107b Starslayer, no named characters may be taken. The Exception to this rule is Ob'lotai 9-0, who may be purchased in the same manner as a bodyguard for Farsight.
War Asset: Even with its advanced Command & Control fuctions, the battlesuit is still a heavy piece of war material. An XV107b Starslayer is a Heavy Support choice in a Farsight Enclave army.
Battlesuit Tactical Program: The Starslayer possesses advanced tactical targeting and defensive systems, but these are limited only to compatible software. In an army with an XV107b Starslayer, only vehicles and units with battlesuits may be selected.

Alright. That's where I am so far, and need help. I've given it a bunch of restrictions, and some fluff, to help it mesh to what I want... a massive Command & Control supersuit. However, I can't settle on its guns, and I feel like it needs at least one more beneficial rule to help all the suits, to go with all these restrictions. I considered being able to buy some of Shadowsun's Command Drones....
Any thoughts/suggestions?
