A nice cheap HQ for the Black Templars

Although i'm not sure if he could be used with this latest edition

 

A better build is a standard captain with a bolter and power sword, or upgrade the sword to the burning blade (or whatever its called).

 

Rites of Battle is really, really nice. You could do worse for 100pts.

 

I feel like pre-nutty Tycho from the BA dex is the only SM character that allows his Ld for everyone on their side without stipulation any more. That's a very handy rule, even when your base Ld is 8.
