GW gave them An Apocalypse Data Sheet (links to PDF) which is GW's way of telling you to fuck off and that they;re not going to update your army, so you should just plat Apoc instead.
Aye, I can only reiterate what Galahad has posted. Alternatively you could get the Siege of Vraks books from Forgeworld and use their renegades list but I think that's about as close as we're going to get to a LatD update from Games Workshop.
Yeah, some of the stuff that references the old CSM Codex can be hard to track down, but so long as you make sure your opponent knows what's going on, I can;t see anyone raising too much of a fuss.
Yes, you can use the datasheet as a sort of micro-codex. They're gennerally fairly well balanced...some army datasheets have apoc-lecel abiulities that might need to be ignored or reworked, but I don;t think the LATD have anything too crazy
