Keep the FSs out front and followed closely by the FTer and TDef.

Personally I think you've overloaded the firesprays. I'd drop the bombs from one and torpedoes from the other, giving each a distinct role. The points saved could go towards another academy pilot. I've been flying a triple B Wing list for a couple of weeks, and have found the biggest way to frustrate them is give them a lot of targets to shoot at.
