Just quick question: I kitbashed some guns together to make a couple of multi-meltas and a power fist. Would these be allowed tornament-wise?

I have no problem with those. Out of interest i have the same fist as a pf on one of my champs

The HB one looks more like a Heavy Flamer than a Multi-Melta.
And the HF one should have the nozzle cut off of the HF part, and the Melta nozzles attatched to the 'tubes'. It does get the message across though.

Remove the part that is in the red box, it will look better over all. I would even go so far as to remove the tube part all together and mount the MM nozzles to the heat sink looking part for a cleaner look. k:
