Well in Latin class I was going over vocabulary and say hey 40k gothic language is based of Latin why don't I make a little guide. So I am not going to put the time or the effort if nobody's going to read it so, here is a poll if you want me to make one

I have a great love of the latin language but have never had the chance to learn it. A guide would be very helpful.

If you want Latin warhmmer names, play Tyranids!

Gaunt, Lictor, Harridan, Hierophant, Tyrant, ravenor, and more.

Though remember High Gothic isn't true Latin, it's a bastardised version that is loosely based on latin.

Still, a latin guide would be cool.
Theirs a bunch of differnt launges in high gothic using latin as a base (ive found german, portugesse, and italain). Still if you could lossly translate that would be nice.

Ave caesar! Morituri te salutamus. Good idea. The only Latin I retain from high school is the Latin version of Row Row Row Your Boat or Duc Duc Remus Duc.
