This is very close to what i run. Changes i'd make:
-Make Daemon Prince unmarked with warptime. Statisticly much better than MoK.
-Termies are unfocused and might just die horribly. Give them combi-meltas and use them as termicide. Better yet, replace with Chosen.
-Take the PF out of the vanilla marine squad. They shouldn't be in CC, and with all the zerkers on the field i doubt they will be. This also gives you a cheap option for summoning the Greater Daemon.
-Lesser Daemons are blah. They don't do anything your zerkers aren't already doing better. Add in more Heavy Support instead.
-Kharn loves his Land Raider. Replace Termies with Chosen and ditch the Lesser daemons, and you should have enough points to mount him up in a vehicle fit for a Champion fo the Blood God! Nothing sucks more than Kharn's Rhino getting popped first turn.
