From what i can see it looks good but like everyone has said its very difficult to make out any real detail.
I love the idea tho, i'm a huge world eaters fan
One thing i will say is the white does seem to look a little thick (pics don't help) try to keep your paint real thin, use the new foundation grey as a base coat then mix white into it and slowly bring upto white you should be looking at 7-8 layers of nice thin paint to get a good looking white.
Warms my heart! Excellent job. World Eaters rock. I've often thought of making a Loyalist version of them, but having to garner all the earlier armor types puts me off...too much expense when I already have such large and varied armies.
The helmet and bone coloured parts look great. Like above, take some better pictures and work a bit slower on your white using a grey basecoat and thinner layers and build up. Also you might want to drill out the barrel of the stormbolter. Keep up the good work so far though
