Depends on the army

Space Marines - Picked up my the tranies...the people not good enoguht to be scouts yet.
Chaos Space Marines - Sucked back into the warp and/or offered up as on offering
Imperial Guard - Collected by random people if possible
Eldar - Often send missions to resue them.
Dark Eldar - Leave them and/or eat them!!!!
Orks - Will jsut take the armour/weapons and leave the bodys.
Daemons - Probbly phase back into the warp
Witch Hunters/ Daemonhunters - Same as Space Marines i would think
Necrons - Re-assemble them selves!!!
Tyranids - Eaten

I quiet honestly dont understand the point of this question. Clearly there is no Janitor force out there and I dont believe for an instant that you think Land Raiders with vaccum cleaners suck up bodies to keep the scorched, rugged, radioactive, blighted landscape clean. So that leaves me pondering "why did you really ask this?"

In either case no one cleans up the bodies. Why would they? Or more importantly how could they? I anit going no wear near a Titan slug match to clean up the bodies in some exploded tank thank you.

Granted Space Marines take Space Marine bodies back for the gene seed (and i'm sure they just leave the rest behind).

Necrons actually leave nothing behind, they are nothing if not efficent. Hmmm I'll be damned.. maybe thats what the toasters really are, Unviersal Janitors and they're just trying to clean up a very large mess.

If there is materiel to be reclaimed (uniforms, lasguns, vehicles, unused ammo etc), then it would probably be an arm of the Departmento Munitorum. I imagine that there would be an office much like the Krieg Quatermaster who will go about, accompanied by multiple servitors, servo skulls and huge transporters, picking up everything that can be salvaged.
If it is just a small Astartes strike (IE behind enemy lines, or maybe even far away from any other Imperial force), then they will have to take any casualties/dead and/or weapons/ammo/vehicles themselves when they pull out. I can see a Techmarine and his servitors doing what the Munitorum Quartermasters for the Guard.
For Naval forces, then I imagine it would be the AdMech who would salvage damaged and destroyed ships. Any casualties on drifting ships would have to pray to the God-Emperor that they get picked up; the tech is more important, after all!
Sisters would probably be like the Astartes, in that they would probably police their own dead/injured, unless they are part of a joint operation. It wouldn't surprise me if there was some sort of Order that takes care of this, along the lines of the Famulous and Dialogus. The Somnolentes, perhaps?

Well the bodies could be repurposed to feed the war effort. Similar to what they do in hive cities.

The trouble with the Landraider Dyson would be the small team of Lawyer Inquisitors going around making sure no other forgeworlds infringed the patent cyclone technology.

For Imperial forces I expect the clean up operations would mainly be dine by specialist servitors, with the exception of Marines who's would take care of thier own hounoured dead.

Chaos would probably not really care unless they required trophies.

Grey Knights apparently always recover the bodies themselves.

ELdar at least always try to get the spirit stones of thier fallen so you would expect them to take the bodies with them if possible.
