I'm based in Hong Kong. Been here for 4 years now and prior to that lived in Toronto for over 20 years. Fell out of the hobby for 10 years and recently got sucked back in b/c of an independent retailer here. They care most GW stuff, and have 6 4x6 tables w/ pretty decent scenery. They run a gaming night for both Fantasy & 40K on Tuesdays.

Starting up my Blood Angels, hopefully have 1000pts painted before Christmas so can start playing there.

PM me if there's a fellow gamer in HK, would love to meet up for a game of 40K.

Keep rolling 6s everyone ('cept for leadership tests) :)

I'm originally from Nottingham, England - so at one point I had Warhammer World right on my doorstep, however these days I'm in Copenhagen, Denmark don't know many players over here sadly so I'm mostly just building up a new army - don't really speak Danish so don't know where to find clubs to play in or anything.

Too much experience with the Warp....mind fading.....

I'm Voidstone, a Venerable Vetran of the 40k community. I've been gaming for 13 years in Ottawa CANADA, I'm trying to get more involved with my local gaming community so I thought what better than to start on a 40k forum !!!

I play Salamanders (4000 pts)-pre-apocalypse, World Eaters (khorne for the lamen) and my own Craftworld Moralthune (Eldar)

I dont really have a gaming group. I live in the middle of no-where Texas. The closest big(ish) city around me is Abilene and I have spent the better part of a weekend checking out comic book stores, toy stores, just about any place I thought might have sold Warhammer or Warhammer 40,000 but to no avail. I finally ordered the Assault on Black Reach set and my friend and I play once or twice a week. He decided to field an army of Blood Angels so as of now most of the fighting has been between an Evil Sunz Waaagh! and those cursed Angels Sanguine. We are in the process of trying to get a group started, we've played a few games around some of our other friends and I think we have sown the seeds of interest. Hopefully they take the bait and soon we can begin to have a good gaming group going here in the middle of nowhere.

ok I started to read some of these but then I saw how many their were, so I'm in London so I have a vast choice of stores I could go to but I am a member of a GCN in Bromley (http://thegoodthebadthebromley.webs.com)

we offer 10 6x4 tables we are currently in the middle of redoing the scenery and the paint job (hopefully done next week). we have players from all GW systems including blood bowl and other specialist games we even play warmachine and hordes.

were open every Tuesday 5-9 at GW Bromley. we have a mix of gamers old and young. If you're interested in joining and are under the age of 18 you must bring an adult with you. we have recently finished our first Blood Bowl league which was very enjoyable.

Hi guys,

I'm from Manchester (England) Didsbury to be accurate. I'm pretty new to this forum and 40k in general. Though there are about 3 stores within a distance to my home I would like to be able to play against guys (and girls) in my area. However... I am a bit of a newbie I have read the basics of the game alot I may add, but I think the best way to acutally learn is to play 'friendlies' with like minded people. My army is SM (Surprise, Surprise) Well anyway I am now waffling I will leave now. :victory:

Ashkore sends his greetings, all the way from lonely Cape Town South Africa.
Very sparse warhammer pickings around here, biggest hurdles are actually getting money for minis, and finding an opponent.

I forgot to mention I game at the Gamers Guild in Clarksville Tn and at The Danger Room in Anderson In prior to that. I have VampBoi and GreatDevouer as local player, I know there are others but that are the only ones who are active. We have a nice, large store that stocks a lot of thing and have a TON of tables to play!
