My question to you guys is there any major/minor flaws and how would you use/ change it?

Firstly if you are thinking of using bikes, read the tactica in my sig.

Secondly there is a major flaw... 37 models in a 2500 point army! You will find your list really difficult to work with. You will probably be out numbered every time and anyone with large blast templates will flatten you by turn 3.

You have two VERY expensive units, which really more on chance to be success that any other units (outflank and heroic intervention).

I would suggest you have a re-think.
