Looks to me like a Chaos Warrior helmet with a crest added. Or a purely GS hemet.

Thats either nothing i know about, or a slight conversion of the WFB mounted slaaneshi lords head, which conveniently is sold seperate to the rest of the figure :biggrin: either way, this may be like what youre looking for

Edit: The more i look, the more i'm certain that its just the slaaneshi helmet.

Yeah it's the Slaneshi helmet. Do you guys know of any other "Spartinish" helmets?

Not that GW makes, but the good news is, they're rather simple to convert. Viscount Vash had a pretty good tutorial for it, which you can find here:

I always liked to build up the crests a bit more with the flowing mane and whatnot, but really, that just requires the use of green stuff-- Vash's tutorial covers the basics of getting the crest assembly.
