i think you'll be hard pressed to find a gw model that is out of production :/

i had a quick look over the first few pages on google for 'captian cortez for sale' and only found old auctions that ended years ago, i also tried some of the sites i buy my 40k stuff from. no luck.

Sorry man, couldnt find anything. Had a look at the link though and damn, I forgot how ugly that model was (no offence towards your mate, there's a model for everyone eh? ). Looks like a Gary Morley sculpt to me judging by the poor proportions although I could be wrong.

Ironically, whilst I'm very much in agreement with the general statement that Gary Morely is an appalling sculptor (the majority of his stuff his crap and the medusa v era possessed csm were unforgivable) he still sculpted one of my favourite models, Inquisitor Tyrus for the the Inquisitor game.
