Stealth Shas'vre Warlord?

I need some advice, I am in a situation where I have Warlord Stealth Shas'vre. I must decide on what Warlord trait to roll on, without the rulebook and with only the Tau codex I cannot make an informed decision from memory, what do people think?

Depends what your trying to achive with him, also I mainly play orks so not too sure if its helpful for tau. But i mainly use the leadership or 12" bubble table. With the buffs such as move through cover, leadership buffs and shooting buffs which can be good as well.

Apart from that would steer you away from personal thats will basically get your squishy tau characters killed. the other tables I'm not too sure how they might interact with the tau rules, possible bets might favor the tau traits because they will interact better with your own rules.

If I'm not convinced by my codex traits, I tend to go for the strategic traits.

Remember you don't roll until just before you deploy, so keep an eye on your opponents set up, and if it looks like your best shot at winning is through objectives, there's always the tactical table.

I don't think any of the tables are solid gold, so having that re-roll is important.
