I'm getting a chimera in the next month sometime. i was wondering if you guys could give some advice.

1) Should i put 6 ogryns in my chimera or have a full squad of 10 but without a transport?

2)Should i put Yarrick with my ogryns? If so should i put him in the chimera tank with 5 ogryns or with the squad of 10?

3)Should Yarrick join another squad?

Thanks for the advice. Sorry if you think these questions obvious.

I don't know where you are putting Yarrick, but it all depends upon how you run your army.

If you are expecting to move a LOT then the Chimera is a good option, it helps you move, and protects your guys from incoming fire. At the same time, it makes them even more of a target and limits the number you can take. I wouldn't suggest putting Ogryn in a Chimera without a Bone'ead or Comissar attached, otherwise they can't get into the Chimera in battle.

In short, if you're going to use them as a realtively fast attack arm then put them in the Chimera. If you're using multiple squads or an immobile gunline then they should have time to get to the point of conflict on foot, so the larger numbers are worth it. The unit costs about the same either way.
