looks like a Hive Tyrant combine3d with some Carnifex bits such as the head

It's a Hive Tyrant's body, combined with the Carnifex enhanced senses head with the tusks. The legs are just scything talons which go on the lower joint for the Tyrant. The arms are just devourers. The spike on his head is part of the large warrior's scything talon, but the wings I am not sure; they are probably custom.
