So, we had a bit of a debate about this in a game recently and I was curious if there is any actual rule stating it. If a walker (a killa kan in this case) loses its only DCCW, can it still make attacks without the DCCW benefit?

The Walker will not lose attacks unless it has two DCCWs and gained a bonus attack for them. If it only has one to begin with it gains/loses no attacks.

Also the attacks are made at the Walkers basic Strength value and do not negate armor saves.

the units base attacks stat in its profile are without the bonuses from CCWs so even with no arms it can still fight (kind of) although in your case a Killa Kan becomes much less effective!
Yes well, just because your in close combat does not mean you have to swing something at the enemy; a multiple ton construct running into or tackling tends to be pretty effective as well.

Pfft i said as per the rules for DCCW, obviously including that part. Mine was a general answer for all Walkers, such as Soul Grinders which have two DCCW's.

it can still attack. It would use it's feet or just try headbutting them. Just becuase it's Armless doesn't mean it's Harmless.
