Im pretty sure that all the to hit results are resolved before the passengers come out of the wrecked vehicle.

Interesting if guys blocking an exit get blown up then. Passengers would be able to disembark where otherwise perhaps they wouldn't have been able to.

True but unlikely as you get to choos which minis get taken off and you would leave the door blockers till last.

ea of your units takes turns shooting. if you blow up enemy vehicle then your next units can target the guys who disembarked (provided range and los) after vehicle resolution.
consult emergency disembark procedures if vehicle was destroyed or exploded or suffered a penetrating hit but not destroyed or exploded.
