Are Zoanthropes powerful?

EDIT: Sorry for the misleading title, I changed the question!

I've been keen on buying 2 Zoanthropes, I usually fight tanks and vehicles so I am wondering if they are a good buy. My friend has a Land Raider so would a Zoey be a good choice for it?

Thanks in advance. :so_happy:

Zoeys, T-fexes, or MCs can pop Land Raiders. Zoeys have the most potent gun, but are short ranged, fragile, and can get their power canceled. T-fexes can fire from across the board all game and are incredibly durable. MCs have to get close, but Carnifexes do the best job.

Honestly, when I see Raiders, I use my HG and T-fexes to gun down their support elements and focus on the Raider once it's alone. Much easier.

Deep striking zoanthropes in spore pods is a great way to make up for their lack of range. Of course, you don't want them too far ahead, or they'll get swarmed, but by the time they arrive, hopefully the rest of your army will be marching close.

Another great investment is a Trygon or Mawlock. They're quite cheap for what they do, especially the Mawlock.
