You know there was a review of this yesterday?
I point you to the comment i made at the bottom of the review. You know there was a review of this yesterday?
Also i write this review for both Heresy and Might of Middle Earth so this review went up on both with the only diffrecne being the note at the bottom of this one(Note this review is not in anway trying to undermine Stephen_Newman's review. I only noticed that he had done a review of this issue after i had finished writeing this review by all means cheak his one out however he does give away how the battle report ends so there are major spoilers http://www.heresy-online.net/forums/...ad.php?t=69426)
I seriously cant understand the love that paul sawyer gets, the man was complete tool, he used to be my trade sales rep till he got the boot for been crap, had serious chip on his shoulder when they took him off white dwarf, i started buying the magazine again after i found out he was no longer involved, though i have to admit i stopped buying it this year since the only thing in it i enjoyed was the heavy metal master class.Just nice to do something with my subscription. Quality since the fat bloke left has gone downhill.
Naw. It was High Elves and Skaven. I just love Lizardmen alot and would love to see it.Lizaedmen = 5 times!!!! Great review man, but a bit short in my opinion, but what ever...
But srsly, was there a Lizardmen vs Lizardmen battlereport ot what?
I would be great if in each issue that they just gave just 1 page even to answering a few questions. This would help almost everyone and get FAQ'd questions out there quickly without having to re-do the FAQ's every 5 secondsA large part to do with WD being as good as it was back then was the fact that Andy Chambers was running the design studio, so we got things like 'Chapter Approved' in the magazine (for those of you too young to remember, Chapter Approved was a regular feature in WD dealing with rules, both of the experimental 'opponents permission' type stuff, but also frequent errata for all the codexes and rule books) and if you missed a couple of issues it didn't matter because they bought out chapter approved volumes at the end of each year containing all the chapter approved content up until that point. I miss Chapter Approved and the 'specialist' games, but at the same time we've got things really good as far as new models go.
