Im not a fan of the sceptre, as the you will never get enough zombies to be useful, 25 points for one unit of ghouls to march seems like a bit of a waste to me as well. no ward on your vampire is bad bad bad, since anything that hits those grave guard will be trying to take him down. Corpse carts are always a good choice, as is a black coach.
