Hey guys!
Finally i've almost finished my first tiranid warrior
I just need to finish the gun, and maybe change the base from snowy to something like jungle or beach

Here you are a pic of my tyranid warrior:

The colour scheme is easy: Turquise blu + ice blue highlights for the skin, liche purple + warlock purple + warlock purple/skull white for the armour, bleached bone + devlan mud for the bone parts.

Hope to finish to paint my full army soon :D I'm getting bored to play with basecoat black models

Great stuff, the paint looks very good and that scheme is a winner....it fits the name really well.

I'm not a big fan of the bases though. I think the beach theme you mentioned would look better and would match the equally interesting scheme you've gone for.

Beach or desert bases would be interesting, but I do like this colour scheme and it is well executed. Looking forward to seeing more of this army.

Really well painted mate, you've done an excellent job with such a simple scheme...

Almost makes me want to paint some 'nids!

The highlighting is clean and really adds a good effect, especially on the armour, and the grey gun contrasts nicely with the bright blues and pinks.

Keep up the good work!

I do agree on the basing, however, the snow is somewhat lost on the bright model, I initially thought you hadn't done a base yet.

Love the colors, good selection and very nicely done. With the bases the suggestion i would make is to add something to the bases of a different color to break up the white. A brown log or a piece of black wall or something like that. Nice work again.

It's a great colour scheme with good use of contrasting colours.

Despite the vivid colours you have used, your models still look very good. However, from a fluff point of perspective I must protest to your habit of painting your Tyranids' weapon symbiotes a different colour to the arm that they are attached to. This is simply because in Tyranid fluff the weapon is supposed to be almost indistinguishable from the arm that it is attached to and yours are clearly not. Otherwise, good work, have some reputation.

I didn't really notice that. Given on a second look after reading your post I can see where he has blended from the skin tone to the weapon colour, as if the weapon is pushing itself out of the main creature and changing. I think it is a good effect.
