My record with this list is 4-1
The only game I lost was to a Tyranid player during a relic game that had some many models on the board he passed the relic just out of my reach till the end of game. Other than that it has beaten some very regular Space marine, CSM, and other Tyranid players. I just lay down so much fire on first turn that the other armies can't get that close. Basic Strategy was to sit in a well covered area set up the Aegis and layer the defenses so that they had to go through 30+ Stubborn Guardsman w/ re-rolling orders that were all twin-linked, then 3 Tooled up Leman Russes to get to my HQ with my flanks being covered by my vets one of each kind on either side to deal with multiple threats.
