Well its a hard nut to crack this one, in some ways the list is compact and strong, in others its just too elite, what makes it an issue for tournament play is this... its not balanced right... you've tried to go elite with the 2 blocks of warriors. then tried to fill it out with one big block of marauders.... but the whole list leave one things sticking out like a sore thumb, the knights, with nothing to protect them, against a shooty army, they're gonna take the brunt of the firepower, as they will against a magic heavy army.
If you're facing another chaos/orc/vampire counts army where you know they need to get in close too you're gonna be fine, but against a well balanced force they're too easy to single out.
If I played you with my Wood Elf tournament force for example, my scouts, waywatchers , my bsb with Hail of doom arrow, and my sniper hero would all focus entirely on them unleashing probably 20-25 missiles per turn, plus if in range my 20 glade guard)... you can only roll so many dice until you loose them, because i'd know your other units (especially when i use my warhawks /waywatcher / sc outs to march block them, just aren't quick enough to keep up, and once those knights go (presumably the general with them) i can pick which units i wanna fight in melee!
my chaose army could do the same using magic and a mix of my own knights and giant.
Dont get me wrong I am not for one second diagreeing with taking them, just you can't leave them out there alone! they need support,
I'd drop 1 unit of chaos warriors, replace it with another of marauders, and use the change to buy a chariot or marauder cavalry with (i know its predictable, MoK and flails!)
evens a pair of chaos spawns would be ok.
I personally field smaller games with my sorc in a chariot, alongside a second 'pure' chariot, 2 blocks of marauders, 4 x 5 hounds and then a small block of warriors.
personal taste though ,and I usually squeeze in knights to boot.
gives you more hammer units and more targets your opponent has to worry about.
never underestimate a chaos sorc in a chariot 3+ armour save!! an he is hard, as good as any enemy hero in combat, give him sword of striking and he can do damage!
