Actually, I really like it. You have more vehicles than most armies can deal with in one turn. You have more bodies on the table than most mech lists. You also have something going for you in all phases of the game. The use of the mini-termie squads is pretty cool. Would you consider dropping one termie in order to give the mark of chaos glory to the three termie units? I'm not too sure of the point requirement just now, but I'm thinking that they'll need the benefit if they're going to get a second turn once they hit the table. Really, nice list.

I am not a big fan of small units sizes like that at all and the fluff nut in me recoils at the idea of the terms not having the Icon of Tzeentch as well. I would suggest saving some points by perhaps combining a couple of the term squads into one larger one and freeing up some points somewhere, maybe by dropping extra armour on the vehicles, to give them the Icon. Ahriman is badass for sure but I am unconvinced he is worth the points in anything less than a 2000pt game.

I agree with Wraithlord. You could make a very scary Demon Prince for much less. Wings, Psychic Power, and a 4+ invul save a monster those do make. I too recoil at the thought of not having terminators loyal to Tzeentch. "You do not worship our lord? What is your motive for being here then?" Other than that it looks like you will give your enemies restless nights

I think it works ok in fluff terms. Ahrimman has been booted out of the TS anyway. Added to that, Tzeench is generally known for working by manipulating others to do what he wants, all of which fits well with having other forces there.
