Hmm. I would drop the dirge caster, dozer blade, and shotgun from the Rhino/cultist champ in order to put a havoc launcher on that Rhino.

You don't have much melta (Oblits, I guess), but you do have a decent amount of plasma and las, so that might be tolerable.

Looks like a decent list. Not too competitive, of course, but nearly as much so as could be thrown together with a pure Tzeentch only-CSM list.

I'm fond of Daemon allies in Tzeentchi lists (or even Daemon primary detachments, for Fateweaver), but if you don't want to bring Prescience, warp charge battery units, and jetbikes with an armorbane attack...

Thanks for the feedback, I have competative with my Malifaux and WoC. I want this as a painting/modelling project that'll still get game time. Having read your tacticas I'm aware of what I'll be missing not using allies but that can be changed at a later date if/when I lose interest in CSM only
