As other legion Dreads are a chaos marine thrashing against his incarceration within a walking tomb, I would think so.
Makes you wonder how they have been re-crewing them since the rubric though, with a dustpan and brush? Or a sorcerer that is so badly damaged he can no longer cast. I used to use the Warp Flame vehicle upgrade to designate the latter, but with the new codex I dunno if its still there.
Prior to the new codex, I counted Daemonic Posssession on my dreadnoughts as the Rubric Sign. I assumed that while it'd vary by the individual within the dreadnought, a Thousand Son with psychic powers would probably still be able to use them from within the dreadnought's sarcophagus, and there wasn't really a good way to represent that, so it seemed easier to just make them Rubric dreadnoughts.
