I've wanted to start a Thousand Sons Army for a while, but really, don't know how I'd do it. There aren't many figs other than the boxed set and maybe daemons and stuff (as far as I know at least).

I'd love to see some examples. See how to get started on a Thousand Sons army from folks who play them already.

Here is the latest one I've come up with, may do it down the road. The list may change though as I loathe Rhino's in this game. I've played Thousand Sons on and off for about 5 years now...

I haven't actually used my Sons in a loooong time as I am definitely one of the many who feel they are horribly broken currently. That being said this is the list I tended to run in various configs when I did use them.

This is roughly 1900pts. Depending on points level, I would add a 3rd unit of Rubrics to the mix or possibly ditch the Rhinos and use the Chosen of Ahriman. At lower points limits the LR is the first thing to go and
