I agree with Blood Knight except for the speeders bit... In a squadron you get to ignore can't move... but I don't think that's worth being destroyed on a immobile... Also, I tend to use my speeders for blocking... and I'd rather have two for the job than one. YMMV
I don't see the dread having a very effective role... since the bulk of your force will arrive turn 2, then your dread gets to pop one thing (maybe) and then your opponent has a turn to wipe you out cause you have no other targets on the board. I would be a lot more inclined to give up the dread for more squad based meltas (which essentially do the same thing)
As you expand I would consider Vanguard Vets for the charge off the DS...
