it looks good mate, that will be fun getting first rank fire, second rank fire with those catachans , like yanlou said, more tanks will be needed, preferrably russes, but overall a great army! :eek:k:

were not having ago, were just joking around, i was just mentioning my fav type of variant, which im going to use in large amounts for my traitor guard (when i can afford, find more room and finish building up my main armys) lol
as for the tanks it depends on the overall theme you want, like do you want your cadians to mainly an tank regiment, and what kind of role do u want them to play, like on all round tank force to deal with any type of enemy or do you want a specialised tank force,

I usually go for a standard idea for an IG small force, I would use a small tank squadron, 2 standard leman russes, and a specialist russ for the lead tank, that's just a small idea that pops into my head every time i think of IG tactics, dont panic shanny, we are joking.

How many you need depends..I have 27 Russes:shok:, but I play a lot of Apoc/Campaign games with both an Armoured Battlegroup and Armoured Siege Company list.

From a 'what's effective' pov and my own experiences the LRBT, Demoilsher and Executioner are my top 3, with a Pask/Exterminator 4th. The others are either not as effective and/or are easily replaced by other Units in the Codex.

Still, in the end your first instinct on what to get should always be what you like the look of, and what you want to own/spend the money on.

Somthing to keep in mind with buying tanks nowadays (in addition to what HOBO said), when you get them dont glue the weapons on, keep them seperate. The way the new kits are put together you can just switch everything around, so if you dont glue them on you have more options each game. I also prefer doing this because then you can keep the options that are useless but fun to play for friendly games and not waste the tank for more competative ones (punnisher, what can I say).
