I don't believe it is. Both the eye and the maelstrom are about half real space so they both follow the rules of our reality to some degree. I don't believe they are part of the same whole, although I suppose if you fully transitioned to the warp you could travel from the eye to the maelstrom, if you survived the trip that is.
The Eye of Terror/The Maelstrom
Could a traitor chapter flee into the maelstrom and imerge from the eye of terror? I assume it's possible since the warp has no real laws of time or space, and the two are just separate areas where the warp leaks in to realspace. So, is it possible?
