ok, but if taking the exarch then take some upgrades. Even Dual Spinners at the cost of one spider nets you the same amount of shots at a better BS, with points left over for Withdraw.

Overall, a little too wraith heavy since we aren't talking troops. Remember if the transport carrying the unescorted Wraithguard is downed on a turn they fail a Wraithsight test, they die with it. Big risk there. Utilizing transports I have to recommend Fire Dragons over these guys in most instances. The cost difference is too great, though they both are pretty awesome.

Your troops are way too fragile as is for a 1500 pt game, at 1k you could do fine. Dire Avengers will be needing a transport as T3 and a 4+ save won't get you far. Pathfinders, Jetbikes, or just a transport or two will be a major help for you in the scoring department.

As a Army test list, it will be tricky to use including Warp Spiders (unless you are pretty familiar with them on the table top).

As a List building test list, it is incomplete and needs a few tweeks (like the guns for the Wave Serpents).
