Hey everyone I was reading through the Space Marine Codex but got confused on the part with terminator honors?I mean how does that work, does the sargeant have to have terminator armor on in order to get the bonuses and select gear from the armoury?sry they just worded it wierd?thanks for the help.

It just means your sergeant can get stuff from the armourory, has an extra attack and his leadership is increased to 9. I think.

Terminator Honours adds one to the model's attacks characteristic, allows Sergeants, Apothecaries, Standard Bearers, and Company Champions access to the armoury, and makes its leadership 9, unless it's higher to begin with (which is the case with the Master.) A model in Terminator Armour automatically has Terminator Honours.
