I don't know much about death watch but I know that if you had a apothecary mixed in that would give those Dark Eldar a pretty hard time particularly if they are all big guns and no combat power.

What do you guys think of 5 assault termies with TH/SS?
With 2+ regular and a 3+ invul i would think they would be really tough to kill
