40K Officer's Tournament at Templecon 2008 in Providence, Rhode Island
Greetngs fellow wargamers!
It's been a while since my last post and to be honest I've been quite busy. But I had to make the time to give you all the heads up about Templecon 2008 in Providence, Rhode Island!
Yes that time of year is fast approaching. From February 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, the Rhode Island based gaming convention will be taking place at the wonderful Providence Biltmore hotel. Since Templecon will be in its third year, we already have a lisr if events that far outweighs our first two.
Our resident warmaster will be hosting a series of 40K events including an Officers Tournament and a Mega Battle. Trophies and others prizes will be made available as well.
If you're looking to expand your horizons at all, there will be several other miniture game events being held. Also, a full LAN gaming room featuring a Halo 3 tounrament, and a huge selection of card games to be enjoyed. But of course, there is yet more that I don't have the time to mention as there is so much going on for it....
Those interested enough will have to look for themselves.....
All you have to do is go to www.Templecon.org and take a look around. I myself will be in attendance with my new Grey Knights force. Hopefully we'll get a chance to battle.
