I need advice on fighting orks and tyranids.

Okay, here's what you do: Replace the Crisis Suits' Flamers with Plasma rifles. These will deal with MC at a decent range, and helps to avoid assaults with any infantry you'd otherwise have to get close to.

Also, replace the Crisis Suits' Burst Cannons with Missile Pods - the last thing you want to do is get within 18" of an Ork mob.

Drop the Broadside - One's useless, and Orks have very few AV 12+ vehicles.

TAKE OUT THE GUN DRONES!!!

Either pur the FireWarriors in Devilfish or replace them with Kroot, because in Objective missions you won't win.

Take out the Stealth Teams for more Crisis suits.

Replace the Shas'o with a Shas'El, the extra stuff won't help you much, and is generally a point sink (albeit a small one).

Less Troops and more Hammerheads!

Reading the How To Tau and Armies in 5th articles are good starter points for Tau as they no tonly help with list building but applied tactics in-game.

The main problem with your army list is it is far too static, anytime an opponent gets close to you (which you have no blocking units), you're dead and you don't have that much firepower with minimal Crisis Suits & Hammerheads (all covered inthe linked articles).

In regards to fighting Orks & Tyranids, you really need blocking and more firepower (oddly these concepts help against all lists). Specifically against Orks, get them out of their Trukks so they ahve to footslog and stop any buggies/koptas who can ID your Suits. Against Tyranids focus on the Tervigons & Hive Guard to stop them overwhelming your guns and shutting your suits/tanks down ASAP. Otherwise poke holes in syanpse.
