[Deo Duce Comite Ferro]

I picked this up for an absolute steal on eBay and I have pondered what too do with it for a while ... The kit is a 1/48 Testors "Area S4 UFO" and is very well made. At about 14 inches in length it scales up nicely against the 28mm 40k minis. I finally decided I was going too dedicate this kit too the Greater Good and give it a Tau makeover. At the moment I am just brainstorming ideas of what Tau bitz too add too the disc and it's interior. In the mean time here are some photos.

Looks like it could be a fun project, it would look awesome as some kind of enormous drone. What kind of thing are you planning to make with it? gunship, transport?

Depending on how big it is it could be a flying saucer or some kind of tau force field outpost.

I thought it was a nice glass lampshade.

Is that glass? If so I imagine it would need to be scored for the primer/paint to stick as glass is too smooth a surface.
