Arjac and co can make a great centerpiece to a list, and when they hit they hit hard!
The list looks very nice, so longs as you ain't against a horde you should do okay. Gunline armies may give you some grief due to your low model count but by the sounds of it finding cover shouldn't be too much of a problem.
Only thing I'm not too sure about is the dreadnought. I'm not really sure what he's kitted out for? Is he going for transports? Getting stuck in assault? Distraction carnifex?
