well guys im considering collecting a small army again.....but im torn between what to use, so here are my two ideas suggestions on how well each would do would be nice to hear about!

Idea #1 Dragons of Death

I am parcial to Skarre and the Raiders because I like the models and theme.

Legion of Everblights Warbeast army is overpowered 35 points or less and will win you alot of games for sure. I mean flying, true sight, pathfinder, and a shit ton of defense boosting animus? Just stick by those forests and your gold. If your opponent is playing Warmachine and has a shitty phase then they're stuck fighting an uphill battle.

With Skarre you need a couple of Necronsurgeons so you can take full advantage of Blood Trade and Fateweaver. Skarre can really boost your War Jacks offense and defense. Blood Trade will allow you to upkeep for free so you can allocate more focus and Fateweaver will give you a solid beat down phase once all your spells are set up.

Take fullsize units or Raiders when you can and never forget the Seawitch. Immune to blast damage and weaponmasters for 1 turn is far to good to pass up. The ability to stack back lash and feedback is a nice way to injure an opponents Warcaster of kill 1 that got away.

The witches are solid because they're cheap, but are more vulnerable then raiders and not as fast. You need the Hag so you can go incorpreal, attack light infantry and then generate a cloud to hide in.

Nightmare is a fine choice for Skarre. The prey power will give you more speed if used properly and with Skarre's spells you should over power your Prey fairly easy.

Dont bother with Corrupter. He's meh at everything and not really worth his weight.

You need a Skarlok. They're like generating 3 extra focus a turn. They're mandatory for any Cryx Warcaster period.

(i have no clue of the new rules!) for the dragons im thinking of trying to build around the Angellious (Also have no clue how to) so anymore suggestions would rock. Here's a solid starter list to build off for eSkarre

Eskarre + 6 points

The feat turn ruins your opponents plans and allows you to create some clever arrangements on the battlefield. Always bleed a point to protect Skarre. Blackspot abuse it her easiest power to exploit.

Warmachines

Seether - 9

Free Charge, Free Focus, and a combo attack. Works well with Skarre's Focus Factory.

Reaper - 7

The Harpoon and Helldriver are great for delivering the Combines Dark Industries without risking them. Blackspot on a unit of multiple wound models will produce infinate attacks if you hit with Harpoon, and kill with Helldriver. Not affective against everyone, but when it works your opponent will cry.

Units

Max Satyxis Raiders - 8
UA - Sea Witch - 2

I covered this already. The Raiders can help recover from a failed assassination with Backlash and Feedback. The trick is not to overkill a Warjack, but nick it for 1-2 points a hit so the caster takes 2 damage per hit. They can also double as Weaponmasters for a turn and with Blackspot up they get 3 attacks which is more then enough for even a few raiders to kill off an infantry unit.

Min Bane Thralls - 5

Very few units get Weaponsmaster in Cryx. There's little to no reason not to include them in most armies for some extra punishment.

Necrosurgeon & 3 Thralls - 2

You have to have this with Skarre to manage all of her bleeding. Without it you lose alot.


Solos

Wither Shade Combine - 5

Dark Industries is difficult to engineer but if you can pull it off then your gold.
The free upkeep allows for better management of Blood Trade

Skarlock - 2

Free spell, nuff said.

There's other ways to run ESkarre, but with 7 Focus, the ability to upkeep all spells for free, 1 free spell of up to 3 focus a turn, and the Seether effectively generating to focus a turn you have alot of wiggle room.

Its a nice way to get the hang of eSkarre.

Leviathan is also an amazing choice for Blackspot abuse as it allows you 6 ranged attacks in a phase against infantry which could devestate a whole unit.

Death Jack is a solid melee replacement and follows the focus generation theme.

Pistol Wraiths are very good for Blackspot abuse.

I would suggest you take a look at the Seether over the Slayer. Roughly the same capabilities in general but the Seether is a far better jack as it generates its own point of focus and doesn't require focus to run or charge. Basically a Slayer on steriods.

i remade the list to be a spider death jack list of LOL win, Problem now is i don't know where to get cheap warmachine stuff (local prices are really stupid):headbutt:

Really? Local prices here aren't overly bad, slightly cheaper than comparable GW models.

With a Carnivean or Ravagore
