Can space marines ride in a stormlord, since it is not a dedicated transport and IG and SM are allies, in a normal 40K game, not Apoc? Also can troops from the back fire at full BS if the stormlord moves? I'm getting different information from different players and a Google search still leads to more arguing. Is there anything from GW that clears this up?

1) they can ride it. its a battlebrother LoW. Just like veterans can ride rhinos they just can't be deployed within the transport
2) just like any transport: 6" fire as usual, as if moved (so heavy wpns snapfire and so on), over 6" only snapshots from the hatch

Thanks! So 18 lascannon HWTs would be a bad idea if I was moving, they would all snap fire. But it they remained stationary it could be an "IG Deathstar"?
