Can i put an Imperial Guard Adviser with a unit of Inqusitorial Stormtroopers or with just regular Storm Troopers?

The rule just sez Stormtroopers!

I think the intent is to put them with stormtroopers chosen from the Imperial Guard codex. They can only have an advisor anyway after you've given an advisor to every available command squad first. Unless you've got five Commissars, it's usually pretty hard to manage to stick someone with them.
