Just got back into Warhammer since 8th Ed, and since it has been awhile I seem to have missed rules and such out. Most of these questions are about Lizardmen. So, please don't flame me, I did try searching the web, but could'nt find it, I'm sure it is pretty simple, but the question is below.

In the Lizardmen Army Book, under the Stegadon's Howdah weapons, it stats the normal rules, Range, Strength, Hits but there is one I'm not sure about, which is "Damage" (I think). I am unsure what this is for or does. I am probably slow and missed something out, but any help would be nice.

Thanks to the fine folks in this forum, my other question was answered, that a Slann becomes Etheral.

Cheers guys :)

Damage just means the number of wounds it inflicts, so you roll to hit, roll to wound, if you wound it only inflicts one wound. Its just because some weapons like bolt throwers or cannons and such have a damage level of d3 means it inflicts d3 wounds. Dont worry I was confused to, most other armybooks dont have that listing. Welcome back!
