Buddy has my rulebook.
New rules Bows can volley fire, so my unit of 60 gobbos can all fire with their short bows. Question is can they all stand and shoot?
My plan was to give them the spider banner so that all attacks in shooting and combat are poisoned. could be a pretty deadly unit to attack.

Yep, everything attacks in 2 ranks now, even for stand and shoot

And, to finally answer your main question- No- no volley fire on stand and shoot.

And yes- gobbos with short bows and the Spider Banner have always been a great, cheap, shooty unit.
