Hi all,
This is a mock up for some possible stairway displays. Here's a spiral staircase. It could be expanded, or have as many steps as you like going as high as you like. Gonna add some details, trims but try to avoid going over the top. Sorry pics are a bit grainy and dark. Photographing white is hard to see the detail/shapes.

Guess you could say I'm gonig in circles.

Very cool Dusty. How sturdy are the stairs?

Cheers guys. Pretty sturdy Wraith, they're 2mm thick and are formed with the centre column - so no sideways gluing/pinning (if that makes sense). They could take metal models quite easily on 25mm bases. However the height of the back/basement room isn't high enough for regular troops, dwarfs fit ok. That's because I didn't want each step really high. Here's update:

Just a little trim work. The next pic is the staircase from my old watchtower project. Hopefully with this (and many more -watchtower has 9), going in a striaght line they will become a 'stairway to heaven'.

That's pretty cool. I could see this easily becoming a display for LoTR mini's, like a part of Helm's Deep wall. I like it.
