You have reset the counter for They Who Shall Not Be Named. Much like those workplace accident signs, due to your negligence, Heresy now must display this sad statement:

"[Space Doorfs] have not been discussed in 0 Days."

For shame, sir. For shame.

But in all seriousness, dwarves don't belong in space. They tried it, it was retarded, and so now they're gone. And that is as it should be.

Um...considering the fact that Eldar are one of the most popular races I would most defiantly disagree with KingOfCheese. I am sure there are a lot of people who say that Orks don't belong in space or that Knights don't belong in space but the simple fact is that for most people they do. Dwarves on the other hand just don't belong and the vast majority of Warhammer 40K players agree with The Son of Horus.

You make me giggle. I think what youre trying to say is that the way in which GW tried to put dwarves into space didn't work. Otherwise your statement is so bizarrely general.

I keep hearing about these things. What the hell are they? I started WH40K in the middle of 4th edition, so I have now clue about them

They are basically Dwarfs...in space!

And I for one would love to have them back, one of the only tolerated abhuman species and much better tech than the Imperium

Bring back the Stunties!

Squats will never come back as the squats. Space Dwarves might come back in the form of the Demiurg, they already have models for BFG.

They were space dwarves with an identity crisis. They had an awkward backstory of advanced technology, being tolerated abhumans, and being semi-independent of Imperial rule, especially as the real GRIMDARK began to settle in. They also stomped on the toes of the Imperial Guard and Space Marines with the units they had, as I understand they were pretty much the Guard with Rhinos and bikers.

The "space dwarf" idea isn't a bad one. They just screwed it up at the start and canned it rather then redesigning and trying again.

I think they should bring them back in some form, not the cut and past dwarves, the old one's were pathetic, I say give them heavy weapons and/or decent armor. be careful some people will give - rep for even asking about a 'certain collectors model that you saw' :security:

Squats were pretty good in Epic. Landtrains, cyclops behemouth type things, and airballoons.

In normally 40k they tended to have the best of all words with good armour and heavy tanks, plus some hightly mobile trikes. I would like them back in some form, although I think Dark Eldar need some lovin first.

Fuck C:DAEMONS. Shit can that and put the good units into 5th C:CSM. One race down, now theres room for C:SQUATS. Seriously, there is no good reason for Daemons to get their own book, and CSM be without. Why not take Kroot away from tau and give them their own unique Dex? GW suck my balls.

Fully agree here.
Splitting apart Chaos into C:CSM and C:D was the stupidest thing they could have done.

If GW want to save some time, all they have to do is get the C:CSM3.5 and adjust a couple of point costs, maybe add a couple more Daemons to it, then re-print it and call it the 5th ed dex.
