As the title suggests, i built this list entirely based on my love for Special Forces. I only did this out of boredom and wondered whether it would actually work. it relies entirely on the scouts not being destroyed as the infil into cover, or behind cover and using HB to mow down troops who get too close before death rains down in turn two.

Army Info

It should work, but the scouts not dying entirely depends on how you use them and its going to be hard with all the heavy support and so little static. You might want to consider the actualy cost of the army (MONEY). If it does come together then i wish you the best of luck!:victory::victory::eek:k::eek:k:

yea, thats the thing, i only have 4 points. the master is there to offer his high LD so none of my guys get screwed over by pinning or taking morale checks due to the amount of fire placed upon them.

and as i said in an earlier post, this army is just a theory, and wont be put into practice for a very long time as i have other plans at the moment in regards to WH40k

also i beleive a master comes base equipped with a BP and CS? not to sure.

in turn two?? as far as i know turn two would be when you're lucky.
by the way are there any special rules that can speed-up Space Marines deep stikes (drop pods or teleports)? any chapter? because nids have lictors that help a lot.
I'm collecting Space Marines with Daemon Hunters as allies (they can telleport troops onto the battlefield).

You need to give your master some sort of power weapon. He has 4 attacks, at WS5 and with ignoring saves he can really turn the tide in a CC fight. Without the power weapon his chances of killing armored troops are greatly reduced. The terminators are slow as it is, and the dreads are very slow also.

If you want the SF theme, consider giving them scouts a ML and infiltrating them so they can shoot the side armor of an enemy vehicle. That will turn his grin upside down
