drop these
your snipers are elites.. can't sit on top an objective.. so field them as an aggresive unit with melta/plasma etc.
use there so helpfull "behind enemy lines rule"

can't you just field a melta gun instead of 1 combimelta?
and i am not a big fan of combi weapons...
