Hey all, Scathainn here.

In case you haven't noticed, the title of this thread is pretty ambiguous. I left it that way on purpose for one simple reason.

When I say Space Sharks, I mean ALL of them. The whole damn chapter.

But I'm getting ahead of myself. I was very bored Friday night, so I got to thinking, "I wonder how many more points of Space Sharks I would have to get in order to have a whole company." So I figured that out, and I thought, "Well, that was easy. But this is a tactical company. What about a Veteran company?" 30 hours and 18 pages in Microsoft Word later, I present to you the ENTIRE SPACE SHARKS CHAPTER.

Of course if I put it all up normally it would flood the page, so I will be implementing spoilers.

Some notes on sources and traits of (my interpretation of) the Space Sharks:

- For most of the numbers I used the entry in Codex: Space Marines with some minor changes here and there (24 Predators instead of 25, for example )

- There's a big emphasis of heavy bolters in this list, because in Rogue Trader the Space Sharks were known for being able to use heavy bolters on the move, which hopefully will come back in Imperial Armour 9.

With that, I have way too much free time. :king:

I've contemplated that. Considering it had 31 Thunderhawks, among all the rest...it's gonna be a lot

If you actually managed to collect, model, paint, and base all of these models...you will be awesome sir :victory:

Image a points level apocalypse game with this, it would look freakin' epic! Pretty confusing I'm betting as well :p

Will you be doinga project log of this?

Sweet Jesus, no. I don't have nearly enough cash or interest to do that. In Thunderhawks ALONE it would cost me $19,571. But, to humour you, some other points of interest (Costs are assuming no extra bits bought, from GW, and Veterans are assumed to be converted Tacticals / Assault Squads):

Captains: $220
Command Squads: $315
Tacticals: $1,266.5
Assault: $1,249.50
Devestator: $1,260
Bikes: $1,535
Scouts (including bikers): $1,350
Other Commanders (Chappys, Libbys, Techmarines): $1,110
Land Raiders: $917.50
Predators: $1,068
Vindicators: $356
Whirlwinds: $400.50
Land Speeders: $900
Land Speeder Storms: $180
Drop Pods: $363
Thunderfire Cannons: $346.50
Dreads (All Types): $755
Thunderhawks: $19,571

Total: $33,123 :shok:

Oh, and I forgot to mention the list also has a Terminus Ultra land raider. Puts it at 75,720 points. :king:

Just realized I forgot Rhinos and Razorbacks in the $ value... :(

I'll figure it out later when I have time

Can the Land Raider Helios now have a Multi-Melta? I wasn't sure that was included in it's options from the IA2 update?

Not entirely sure, I'll have to check.

EDIT: That's correct, no more Multi-Melta. I'll have to change that. Perhaps I can figure something out to replace the MM with...

Thanks all. I'm thinking my next project is an entire Chaos Guard regiment...should be a good distraction.
