I'm no expert on Space Wolves, but as I understand it you can't choose traits. Traits were developed so you could flavour standard Space Marine chapters - some might concentrate more on hand-to-hand, or ride loads of bikes, or be expert tank-hunters or whatever. The Marine chapters with their own codices - Space Wolves, Black Templars, Blood Angels and Dark Angels are just 'as they come' from their own codices, no further specialisation necessary.
If you have an idea for a chapter and really want to use traits with it, you need Codex Space Marines; I certainly wouldn't have a problem if you came to a battle and said, "I'm using a SM list, with traits, and using Space Wolves models for the army" - but some people might get shirty. Me, I reckon a bolter is a bolter, power armour is power armour and a close combat weapon is a close combat weapon, I don't care if your marines have shaved or not; but some people are funny about that sort of thing...
Space Wolves dont use traits. Traits are for codex marines and Space Wolves are like Dark Angels, Blood Angels, and Black Templars in that they have their own codex for their rules.
Of course nothing stops you from playing a SM army with traits and calling it Space Wolves. But if you want to do that then but codex SM and follow the rules for traits.
In short though Im not going to post the traits and rules for traits here. If you want to play the game buy the rules for it. If GW caught us posting rules and costs here they could close the site down and I for one dont want this site to get shutdown.
the eldar dont need a wargeer section if u mean an area that such and such a model my select any equipment from. Their troops (as im sure you know) are so specialized that the list would only be a couple items long. If you mean a 'wargear' area where it explains what all the different weapons do in detail, then i agree i hate flipping to the units profile to check on the exact wording of the weapon in odd circumstances, but that is rare so i can live with it.
oh and SW cant use traits, im sure that was already understood though.
and as i understand it you can use any leader for any army regardless of the craftworld. Pls correct me if im wrong.
