I'd go with the chaplain myself, vanilla assault marines are not great, good as a mobile reserve so you dont want to go sinking a lot of points into the unit, also to the best of my knowledge they cannot take a transport if they have jump packs, a stupid rule, I can understand them not being able to use it while wearing them but surely they had to get the battle somehow after all Devs can fit in them with giant guns

For the sergeant, I would give melta bomb and power weapon and storm shield, maybe an axe, as for D.A use them the same as vanilla marines, a company master better else where with their spacialist units, as for the command squad just proxy them
